Jaejoong's Solo Concert

Jaejoong held a concert / fan meeting in Seoul on January 26th & 27th at the Ilsan Kintex hall. Tickets were sold out very quickly, but I managed to get some through a friend. HUGS! I wish I had spent Jae's birthday with him, but the next day was equally special. 

The beginning of the event~ Jaejoong was inside a fake cake that was wired to the stage from the back of the hall. He also wore a birthday hat on his head. 

The entire event lasted around 4.5 hours. He pretty much talked, cooked, & played games for the first 3~3.5 hours. The last part of the event was his actual concert & ments. 

Highlights of the event for me were:

-Jaejoong was really energetic & somehow made 4.5 hours seem like 30 minutes

-Hearing Jaejoong's voice was amazing. Rock really suits him

-I managed to last a long time in the quiz game, but got knocked out before the stage round T.T

-Yoochun's phone call (it was cute & we heard the new composition)

-When Jaejoong sang a part of Maze, I died so hard

 Fans writing on a message board in the hall. You could write questions or comments & Jae will pick out a few during the concert

 You could vote on which drama you wanted Jaejoong to act out

Coffee Cojjee [Directions + Pics]

My friends from Malaysia came to see Junsu's ballad concert. We met up & decided to go to Coffee Cojjee. It's a little difficult to get there the first time. But if you go once, you'll remember & it'll be really easy.

First go to Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the yellow Bundang line. Go out Exit 3. (You can also go out Exit 2 of Apgujeong Station Line 3 but its a LONG walk.)

 Across the street from the exit, you will see a large department store called the Galleria.
Walk up this street toward the K9 building.

You should walk for about 5 minutes  until you see this gas station & the SM Building across the street.

 Walk past the gas station, turn right, & walk up the alley. It is a hill.

 You will pass one intersection. Keep going up the hill.

 This is the second intersection. TURN LEFT.

When you turn left, this is what the street looks like. Walk down this street.

 You will see Red Carpet hair salon & Coffee Cojjee on your right.

 The cafe was really busy with fans. The shop was decorated for Christmas.

 You can buy these pillows. I think they are 30 or 60 dollars. I don't remember which... I remember thinking that they were really expensive, tho. =/

SM Pop Up Store in Myeongdong [January 2013]

In the basement of the Lotte Department Store Young Plaza, SM Entertainment opened a "pop up store" to sell new SM artist merchandise. Its called a "pop up store" because its only open for a week or two, so its similar to a merch event. 
SNSD had just come out with "I Got a Boy" so they had more merch than any of the other artists. Also, if you filled out a survey about your experience, you got to randomly choose a SNSD button out of a box.
This was the first SM pop up store that they held. They recently opened a second pop up store on June 28, 2013 again in the Young Plaza. There was mostly EXO merch this time, because they are promoting. However most of the HoMin merch was exactly the same. Although I can't complain, because it seems like Fx is always the under appreciated artist at these stores. =/ They have less merch than everyone else.
I saw lots of people taking pictures, but they kept telling me to stop. So... I eventually had to listen to them. I didn't get as many pics as I wanted, but I tried.

You could buy pillow cases with the boys' faces, folders, notebooks, buttons, tshirts, sweatshirts, & photos.

The had a wire fence put up to help separate the store from the check out line. They had different decorations and signs on the fence.
