Ah~ 11:40 and 350+ Cassies are still waiting outside. At least the wind has died down.

➭Both boys wore pink today! CM had a short jacket w/ black & white striped sweater underneath. Black bowtie.
➭Yunho had a longer jacket. Plaid tie and pink & black checkered sweater vest.
➭Chairs today are white with gold coins on the back.
➭The prerec. was so short! MBC is running behind sched. so had to rush. Boys were already doing the camera rehearsal while fans still coming in..
➭The prerec. was 1 rehearsal + 2 full run throughs. It took less than 30 minutes.
➭During the rehearsal, it looked like the ropes weren't taut on 1 side so Yunho fell forward a little but held himself up with 1 hand..
➭Yunho greeted us & asked us to wait. When he came back he said "Everybody!" We said "Yes?!" Yunho "Yes~ that's right" What? Haha~
➭In the beginning of take 1, Changmin's foot got caught in the ropes when they were lifted up into the bass strings. He quickly lifted his foot out..
➭When the girls change outfits on stage, the blonde girl threw her hat to the side & broke 2 light bulbs on the set.
➭During Changmin's solo dance, Yunho clapped his hands to the beat.
➭The pyrotechnics were so strong! They went up really high. It looked like they surprised the boys. Changmin took a step back.
➭Boys were breathing really hard at the end. Yunho looked like he wanted to say something to the fans but just headed backstage..
➭Take 2. Pyrotechnics were still really strong. Sparks fell down onto the blonde hair guy who helps with the ropes.
➭There was a long break between take 1 & 2 because MBC staff had to replace the lightbulbs & clean up the broken glass.
➭Yunho & Changmin quickly double hand waved. Yunho told us to go home safely & thanked us for the 3 wins. Changmin said see you at the fansign as he walked off stage.

MBC Music Core Post-Recording [2014.01.18]

After the boys had their pre-recording and live show, they were also doing a post-recording.

A pre-recording is done before the live show and is put on that day's broadcast.
A post-recording is done after the live show and is put on a future broadcast.

I thought this was for the 2014.01.25 Music Core broadcast, but it's actually for the 2014.02.01 broadcast. 

➭A lot of Cassies couldnt get into the live bc of the postrec, so we r watching the live show in the lobby
➭OMG GUYS~~~ the boys perf is sooo cute ;_; Boys are so smiley!!!!! The solo looked like it was from the last take.
➭BOYS WON!!!!
➭We screamed in the lobby and the security guard scolded us, saying isn't obvious that TVXQ will win?
➭CMs FACE T^T BABY YOU DESERVE TO WIN & YOU DESERVE OUR LOVE. PLZ STOP LOOKING SHOCKED AT THINGS LIKE THIS ;_________;
➭Dancers on stage. Postrec starting ^^
➭Post Rec took 1 hour and 20 takes
➭Dancers in black 3-piece suit. Black pants, vest, jacket, hat, with a white shirt
➭The dancers seriously have too fun untangling the ropes. Always shake them and jump around like they're riding a horse
➭While we waited for the boys, 2 of the dancers had a tap dance battle. Ended with a manly hand clasp.
➭Boys mics were on so you could hear YH say "Fighting!" CM mumbled something then YH said "Let's go!" in an encouraging way
➭Then the boys walked out on stage. CM waved to us as soon as he came out. We sang a congratulation song to them for winning
➭Jackets were gray velvet leopard print jackets with black labels. Black pants. Black bowties
➭It was so funny. When the KCassies saw the jackets they said "pretty." Then they were like "WHAT ARE THE PANTS LIKE?!"
➭When they saw they were wearing reg black pants, the KCassies breathed a sigh of relief. Didn't ruin the look w the pants ^^
➭Take 1 was of the 1st chorus. PD said okay. Take 2 was close ups and PD said okay. YH then said Ah, PD-nim SPEED! All the fans screamed NO!
➭Then came the boxing ring part for takes 3~8. Take 3~4 cut early. Take 5 CM was able to sing through his whole part.
➭Take 6 w/o the ropes & cut right after the girl went btwn CMs legs. CM immed lifted his leg way over her so she cld get up
➭Take 7 was a good take but CM didn't put his hand over the lens correctly. So the PD came over & showed him how to do it.
➭CM said "yes, I'm sorry" for the mistake
➭Take 8 was CM's full part and was called ok!
➭Boys went backstage. When they came back out we yelled "Fighting!" YH said "Fighting" back and raised a fist in the air
➭Take 9 YH's hop dance part. Cut early bc the PD wanted him to do "burn like fire" a certain way. YH said "OKAY!" so excited
➭Take 10 was cut early. We yelled “Fighting” and Yunho returned it with a short, loud “Fighting!”
➭Take 11 was a full take of YH's part but the PD still asked for 1 more. Yunho said "Aish" very softly =/
➭While on standby they did a short playback of the music & YH sang along softly. We did the fanchant just as softly.
➭When we said "Hey!" It sounded to me like YH said "ding" but maybe he said "thing." And we were all like "Noooo~ its hey"
➭Later on in the recording, we said "Hey!" again and YH went "hit!" We were like -_- "OPPA! It's HEY!" But he didn't get it
➭Take 12 was YH's hop dance into the puppet dance. Cut bc the dancers didn't put the ropes on YH fast enough
➭Take 13 Look at CM w his smirky self. Cut when YH was slowly rising up for the puppet dance. Immediate cut. YH was surprised
➭CM then went backstage & YH chatted w us for a bit. One of the fans said that he was cute & YH yelled "WHO SAID I WAS CUTE?!"
➭CM came back, 1 dancer showed him his ripped pants. I couldn't hear what they wre saying but CMs face said GO! Get them fixed
➭But the dancer was like no its fine, so they just went on with the recording.
➭Take 14 was the ending with the ropes. The boys expressions at the end were really fierce
➭YH talked with fans before walking bckstge. He asked who came to watch the perf this morning. He thanked us & said something in Satoori ^^
➭One of the dancers almost fell backwards off the stage, but grabbed the PD's shoulder to steady himself
➭Take 15 was the whisper beginning part. It was cut early & YH said, "Yes, let's do that again."
➭Take 16 was good but PD asked for 1 more. PD said Take 17 was ok!
➭Another chat session with YH. He asked if there were any students here. A few fans screamed that they were.
➭One fan said that she was 7 years old and YH verbally smacked her down by saying No you're not! I can tell.
➭Then the fans yelled for YH to speak louder. He said, "Thank you." Tease~
➭Then one fan said, "Yunho oppa saranghae" and he said "I know~"
➭A lot of fans started yelling things at YH. CM came back & fans yelled "Chang~min!"
➭Then YH raised a complaint with us. He asked us why does Changmin get "Chang~min" when he gets "kjdhfhiubvkjna"??? Haha~ 
➭Take 18 was a full run through starting from the 1st chorus. Then YH pointed and talked to me ;_____;
➭GUYS. GUYS. YUNHO TALKED TO ME AGAIN. I TALKED TO YUNHO. IT WAS MAGICAL. ;______________;

➭Convo with Yunho: YH pointed at me after the 18th take and said You were on MuCore's broadcast last week. I remember you. I said yes and then YH asked me if I spoke Korean. Then in Korean I said that spoke a little. He then said "Oh~~" and all the KCassies around me told YH "No, her Korean's really good." I then turned to them and in my head I was like, "DON'T LIE TO YUNHO. THERE ARE LAWS AGAINST THAT!" Then I said "No, no, no." Then all the KCassies knew that I was a Yunho fan and so they were like, "Say saranghae! Saranghae!" So I yelled, "Oppa, saranghae!" Then YH couldn't hear so he was like "What?!" Then I said it again, and he replied "I know~ thank you." Then all of a sudden, the Yunho fan next to me, whacks my shoulder HARD. IN FRONT OF THE BOYS. My jaw drops, I grab my shoulder, say "ow," and look back at the boys. YH was already getting in position. CM was just laughing. His head is down, big smile, and his shoulders are shaking so much.

➭Take 19 was cut early. Take 20 was such an amazing take. The boys really enjoyed the performance & had the cutest expressions
➭In Take 20, the boys enjoyed themselves. The beginning wasn't filmed, so YH waved his hands like a conductor to the music til the 1st chorus
➭When YH did his "all in" "come in" CM was sitting in the chair waving his hands to illustrate "come in" ^^
➭I love the KCassies I was with. They were the best. When YH went back & danced with the dancers (before roundx3), we did the choreo w them
➭YH and the dancers smiled and you could tell they were trying not to. It was so much fun. You could tell that YH loved that we did that

➭After the 18th take, all the fans were yelling "Cute" at YH. Then it was standby so we were quiet then 1 fan said, "Cool!" YH smiled at her

➭PD cut music at 1 pt & said Standby & we cld hear YHs live singing. We went "oh" & YH said "I sing well!" CM then gave YH vigorous thumbs up

➭After take 20, the PD called and end to the prerecording.

➭YHs ending comments were very sweet. He thanked us for coming so early this morning and staying late for the postrec

➭He had us give a round of applause to the MBC staff and also asked us to cheer for the upcoming groups

➭YH especially made sure to thank the Cassies sitting in the seats and other fans for watching their perf

➭YH & CM then conversed about the male fans in the audience & how they definitely aren't Cassies. Haha~

➭Then one of the male fans yelled something like "We are T" or 동방신기 is the best. Or something like that. His words weren't clear but nice!!!

➭Maybe it was one of the Girls Day fans bc the boys showed support to them in previous shows

➭At the end, Yunho did "We are~" T!!!! about 5 times. YH then walked twd bckstge when one of the dancers said "T!" Cute~~

➭Girls Day rec was next. Mina was so cute. She saw we were Cassies & did part of the Something choreo.

➭The other members then pointed at Mina & said "Cassiopeia~!" At the end, she danced TVXQs Something til she was off the stage

➭We went in around 5:15 & we didn't get out until 7:30~. So, I was at MBC for 13 hours today starting with 6:30am check in orz

➭Lots of fans are watching 동방신기 mv 'Something' while waiting for the prerec ♥♥♥

➭Going into studio now for 동방신기 to see 'Something'
➭In standing. But inside with other fans, so Cassies are at the back. Maybe we'll switch when boys come out?
➭Cassies are all in standing but Rain is next to prerecording? I don't know why this is so...
➭Aww~ Rain was so cute. He could tell standing sec. weren't his fans even tho we still cheered for him. Rain asked us whose fans we were. We said 동방신기 & he seemed happy it was us. He thanked us for cheering for him. ^.^ We did the la la la~ sing along part & he gave us a thumbs up & laughed. He seemed surprise by our support.
➭Haha~ Rain asked the sitting sect whose fans they were. We said #동방신기. Then he said "Ah. Are any of my fans here?!" Then Clouds stood up ^^ Cassies screamed 동방신기 are waiting the wings offstage. But PD belatedly called 1 more take for Rain. 'Something' perf. is almost here!
➭Yunho on stage first. Side hugged Rain when he walked on stage. Rain slightly bowed to him & said sorry for the extra take.
➭Prerec. of 동방신기 lasted about 50 minutes and took 21 takes.
➭Yunho wore a white suit w/ black lapels. White bow tie, Red cumberbund, 3 sparkly cross pins on his right chest.
➭Changmin also wore white suit but w/ black bow tie, Black cumberbund, Red kerchief, Gold & red pin.
➭Changmin was stretching his legs on stage. He did a squat & stretched out 1 leg then the other. He also grabbed his foot & pulled it up behind him.
➭Throughout the entire prerec. Yunho would sing bits of Something. Really cute & we screamed a lot when he did ^^
➭The boys were in such a good mood. They were so smiley, teasing/playful with dancers & each other, & talked a lot w/ the fans.
➭Yunho greeted us and talked about gwiyomi. We then demanded that he do gwiyomi. He kept shaking his head saying no..
➭Yunho said that he can't do that but then gave in & did the 1+1 pose with the most adorable smile. :))
➭I was in the Yunho fan section and everyone DIED when he did gwiyomi. Girls fell onto each other...
➭Yunho asked us to applaud for the MBC camera staff for their hard work. Most takes were closeups filmed by a camera man on stage.
➭1st take was Changmin's part in the boxing ring without ropes. Cut early. Yunho had conference with PD while Changmin practiced the choreo..
➭Yunho then asked us which song off the album we like. He then listed songs & for every song everyone said that they liked it.
➭Yunho then said that we like everything and we told him that we liked all the songs in the album.
➭The 4th take was cut early & Changmin gave a big sigh..
➭5th take they actually went through Changmin's part instead of cutting early...
➭6th take was the 1st boxing ring take w/ the ropes in front. 7th take went all the way thru Changmin's part & PD said okay 4 that part.
➭More singing from Yunho between takes. ^^
➭Takes 8~10 were of Yunho's hop dance down the middle of the stage.
➭When Yunho was getting into position for take 8, the PD said something 2 him & Yunho said yes, gave an ok sign, & smiled beautifully.:)
➭After the 10th take, Yunho asked us how many fans came. The girl next to me said 600. Then Yunho said ohhh~ & nodded.
➭Takes 11~12 r of Changmin's singing part & going into Yunho's rope puppet dance.
➭Yunho always has the best expression when he puts the mic rope behind his neck and step dances back. I die everytime.
➭The boys went backstage to get water & have sweat wiped away & makeup retouched.
➭When the boys came back, a lot of fans in standing waved at them. Yunho nodded & smiled back.:))
➭ When Yunho was walking backstage, the music was playing & Yunho sang "FLY BABY" when that part came.
➭Takes 13~16 are of the last chorus into the ending with ropes.
➭In take 13, the ropes were a little high on Changmin's waist. After the take he rubbed his stomach where the ropes had been.
➭Take 14, Changmin's waist ropes were lower but shoes were sliding back a little. I thought he was going to fall. Thankfully not. ^^
➭15th take cut early.
➭In Take 16, Yunho winked when he sang the last line at the end. ^.-
➭Yunho then had a talk with the PD. Doing the beginning elbow shot next.
➭Yunho started to walk backstge when we screamed at him. He then turned to us & asked What? ...just cuz ur hot oppa~
➭After take 16, Yunho told us to cheer and support 농방신기's hoobaes. ;_; Almost everyone is your hoobae, bb~
➭Before take 17, Changmin was going over the choreography with one of the dancers
➭Take 17 was the whisper beginning with ropes. Took just 1 take. When PD said it was good, Changmin happily said ok! :D
➭We screamed after take 17 and Yunho went sshhh! like in the song. ^^
➭Takes 18~19 were the playing strings part in the beginning. Yunho still sang the beginning part even though he wasn't being filmed.
➭After the 18th take, Changmin walked over to the PD & asked if they had to do one more take. PD said yes.
➭19th take was good. Boys went backstage for water & have sweat wiped.
➭Yunho came back on stage and sang "Something~♪" We screamed & Yunho laughed like "Heh, heh, heh." ^^
➭When Changmin came back on stage there were a lot of people shouting his name. Yunho then imitated them in a high tone. "Changmin~!"
➭Changmin kept his head down the first time but when Yunho did it again, Changmin laughed.
➭Take 20 was almost a full performance. They played the song from the beginning but didn't actually start filming til the 1st chorus.
➭The boys had so much fun during this take and gave us really cute expressions.
➭Even though they didn't film the beginning part before the first perf. the boys still sang along and did some cute actions.
➭Changmin pointed at Yunho when Yunho did his solo dance & smiled at the end of his solo.
➭When Yunho sang the last line, he pointed at his head & had an extremely sexy smirk on his face.
➭Yunho almost fell forward at the end, but the dancers held onto the ropes tighter to keep him from falling.
➭After, Changmin went over to check on Yunho. It seemed like he asked him what happened. ^^
➭Take 21 was the same as take 20. A run through starting from the first chorus.
➭In the beginning parts, the boys did a little choreo even tho they weren't being filmed. Yunho even did the Watch out! w/ a finger over his lips.
➭They were so cute & smiley during the non-filmed parts even tho they seemed tired. Yunho pumped his fist in the air in time w/ our "Hey's!"
➭Changmin ruffled his hair during Yunho's solo. ^^
➭When the PD called an end to the prerec., Yunho sighed & semi-shouted "Thanks for your hard work". Many bows to staff. Changmin also clapped & bowed.
➭Boys both double hand waved to every section of the audience. Twice. :))
➭Even Changmin took his time waving to us. Both said thank you.^^
➭Boys were in such a good mood today. Seemed to genuinely enjoy themselves during take 20~21. The standing fans definitely felt that energy. We were dancing and singing along to the whole song.
➭Yunho was also very interactive with the fans. Changmin just laughed & nodded at us. But Yunho chatted with us.
➭Now fans are waiting til after the live to have a post rec. Which is a prerec. for next week's show #1

SBS Inkigayo Pre-Recording [2014.01.12]

Lined up at Inkigayo. Was 80 for check in → moved to 75. Then was 74 for SM staff check in. ^^
Wah~ side standing for Inkigayo! On the right side. Unfortunately behind a machine of some sort. But can still see over ^.^
TVXQ! prerec lasted 1 hour with 5 takes total : 3 full run throughs and 2 cut takes. The set had hanging gold hexagons, flourescent signs on the background screen & a lit up Something sign. Dancers wearing tall grey hats with dark blue jackets and blue pinstripe pants. TVXQ! outfits were so sexy. They wore black pants, black shirt, but YUNHO had a gold waistcoat & CHANGMIN wore a short gold jacket.

YUNHO said, “Oh the first snow has fallen”.. then laughed and followed on “Ah, it’s not the first snow…”

Rehearsal was first. They had red glowing mics. It was really interesting to see the profile of the dancers & performance. After every take, the ropes have to be straightened & reorganized. Dancers flicked them like reins & bent down like riding a horse. One of the dancers broke into a tap dance & Fans all screamed for him. He was encouraged & he jumped in the middle of the stage. TVXQ! looked really tired today. When they were on standby, they looked a little dazed & exhausted.

YUNHO came back on stage and waved to the right side of the stage. Then YUNHO had a really cute smile on his face when he walked over to our side. @yoonhwo said over here to Yunho & he waved at her first~ ^^ Then YH waved & pointed at me & said "TV 나왔어요" "You came out on TV yesterday" Me:ADHSHVCGJXD Ne~

YUNHO then got the mic & told fans not to take pictures & to give a round of applause to the SBS staff for all their hard work. YUNHO said “If people are caught by the broadcast staff taking photographs etc, it is possible that the broadcast staff may reduce the number of tickets given out to the fans by half. Everybody went through trouble to come here and although I don’t know how the system works (of who gets to watch and who doesn’t), let’s protect all Cassiopeia. Please don’t take photos here, there are many other places to take photos” and asked the fans to give a round of applause to the people who had worked hard.

★ Before the 1st take, YUNHO told the dancers that his shoes / floor was very slippery so to pull the ropes tightly so he wouldnt fall. There was a long standby for the 1st take that CHANGMIN got up to stretch his legs & YUNHO rolled his neck. Take 1 was a full run thru. CHANGMIN sang “Neon naegen aju jogeum mojara” very well & jazzy. Ruffled his hair after. So cute! During the takes gold & silver confetti would rain down from the solo dance til the end. That rope was very dangerous. It gets whipped around all over the stage. It was accidentally wrapped and girl dancers neck at 1 pt. After the first take, TVXQ! were exhausted. CHANGMIN immediately went backstage. YUNHO followed but his walk was a little unsteady. The dancers were even more exhausted tho. Sat on the stage with jackets off using their hats to fan themselves.

★ Before the 2nd take, only the dancers were on stage. The blonde dancer was dancing around really cutely. TVXQ! came back for take 2. It was cut in the first 15 secs.

★ The 3rd take was cut early after 1 minute. YUNHO spoke too low but think that YUNHO told the dancers to make intro arm movements sharper & in time with the beats. After the 3rd take was cut, YUNHO had a very unhappy look on his face.

★ 4th take was a full run thru. Everyone really put all their energy into that take. CHANGMIN power charged up the middle. In take 4, they used pyrotechnics when YUNHO said 1,2,3. End of take 4, 1 dancer had trouble holding the rope because he was so tired. His hands were shaking. His face was dripping with sweat.

★ Before the 5th take, YUNHO came out waving to our side first, then made sure to wave to every section of audience. This man…what happened but YUNHO grabbed his arm with a pained expression on his face. Did he bump into the set? Went backstage again. While TVXQ! were backstage, 2 dancers did the Catch Me intro dance with the fist pump. Sooo cute!!!

YUNHO came back out with the blonde dancer, their arms around each others shoulders. While on standby for the 5th take, CHANGMIN all of the sudden headed bckstge. Fans “eh~” & CHANGMIN held his hands up, palms out like “wait a minute” We “eh~” again because we had no idea what was going on & CHANGMIN held his hands out again silently asking us to wait.

At the end of take 5, the ropes weren’t tight enough so when CHANGMIN leaned forward he fell down really hard. It looked like he landed on his arms or elbow. He immediately rolled up and sat on the stage with his knees bent. The dancers & PD immediately went over to him. CHANGMIN looked like he was still processing the fall, maybe wasn’t sure if he was hurt. He seemed fine though when he got up, just embarrassed. The fans were all asking if he was okay. but CHANGMIN said “I’m OK”. The PD gave YUNHO a mic, but he immediately passed it to CHANGMIN.
I thought it was just going to be a ment to talk with us & tell us that he was okay, but CHANGMIN just said that we’re finished with prerec. Then CHANGMIN passed the mic to YUNHO & he said “Good job / good work today!”

★ TVXQ! left the stage with arms around SBS staff & both seemed to be okay. CHANGMIN was smiling a little when he left the stage.

• TVXQ prerec now ^^
• Music Core TVXQ prerec took 18 takes + fanchant take & lasted about 70 minutes.
• CM came out in black & white checkered pants, black jacket, & long black bow tie. YH in black & white patterned suit w bowtie
• Dancers wore long black jackets with their pants hving shiny material on calfs & thigh/crotch
• YH had red kerchief in his suit pocket & CM had a red pin shaped like a spade
• Camera rehearsal had to be done again bc we did the fanchants. We were yelled at & the boys started again
• The first 11 takes were done without fanchants & filmed close ups with a handheld camera operator up on stage
• During the rehearsal, YH was so cute. He held his mic sideways w both hands while he tiptoed backwards into the rope dance
• The boys used reg black handheld mics for the rehearsal. Sounded so good. *.* They also looked really happy & playful today
• YH waved at us & we were excited waving back. So then he waved again slowly while swaying side to side. Laughed really cutely
• 1st take the cameraman got in the dancers way & couldnt do the rope ring. Improvised for 2nd take by putting ropes on sides
• After take 2, the camera operator & PD talked w boys about what they wanted 4 facial expressions for the rope boxing ring part
• Take 3 had ropes in front. For take 4, they left the ropes in place and focused on close ups
• Another mini discussion w PD & cameraman about stage positons
• YH asked us if the stage was cool. We said yes. YH said the MBC staff was working hard and to be patient during the long rec
• Take 5 was w/o ropes. Cut early. PD asked CM to do his part again. CM went bckstge but left his mic on a dancer's shoulder
• Take 6 finished w CMs hand over the lens. When PD said ok, CM made a soundless "oh" w wide eyes. We all oohed & CM smiled
• Take 7 was YHs part w the rope mics. One take ok!
• The PD said ok we'll start & YH gave us a thumbs up. Take 8 was the chorus into Yunho's rope dance
• After PD called ok for take 9, CM was being really cute & teasing the dancers
• When one of the dancers came back with a dancing change, CM went to join YH backstage to talk w the PD
• When the boys came back, we waved our lightsticks & YH smiled & waved to ever part of the audience.
• Take 10 was the ending with the ropes. When the PD called for one more take, YH sent an open mouthed shocked look to dancers
• Take 11 was called ok. YH was leaning a little too far fwd in the ropes & dancers grunted when they pulled him back up
• Take 12-18 we did the fanchants and the stage shot cameras were used instead of the camera operator being on the stage
• For take 12, YH said "we are starting" very cutely.
• After take 12, the PD called for 1 more take. The cameraman said smthng to the boys & they both went "Ah~" CM shoulder laughed
• Takes 12-14 was the whisper begnng. 13 was a good take but 14 the ropes werent taut so the boys fell against the others back
• Take 15 was the string instrument rope part. Great expressions from the boys!
• Takes 16-18 were of the chorus that led into the solo dance sections. Fanchants were so hardcore
• After take 15, YH came and sat in the chair near the audience. Then he turned & was startled by the close standing section
• YH smiled & waved to us. I was right in front of him & he would look at the standing sec & then at me. Confused by my presence
• Then YH saw a fan & said he recognized her. She asked him if he knew her name & he shyly laughed saying he didnt know it
• Standby for take 16, CM goofed off w dancers. Did 2 secs of Wild Horse then the nane game with counting syllables
• Take 16 YH had such great smirky expressions. He dropped his mic twd the end of the take & PD called cut.
• YH was so sorry abput his mistake. He sighed & nodded sorry to the dancers when the PD called cut
• CM teased YH by pretending to drop his mic 3 times as if saying why did u do that. A dancer pretended to grab YH by the shirt
• Thru the teasing YH only nodded & sighed as if saying I know, Im sorry.
• Take 17 was a repeat of 16. Dancers were late getting ropes around YH for the puppet rope dance. Cut
• When take 17 was cut early, YH closed his eyes, looked up at the ceiling, breathing deeply.
• PD asked for 1 more take & YH nodded bc thats what he expected
• YH came back w a hand on his hip, out of breath. We yelled fighting & YH pumped his fist saying "Aja, aja,aja!"
• Take 18 was an okay & wrap
• CM quickly doublehand waved to fans & left. I think he saw me bc he doubletaked & waved really hard in my direction but idk.
• The PD passed YH a mic & CM came running back sweating holding a water bottle when YH started talking
• YH was breathing hard. He said thank you to us & you guys are awesome/cool. YH passed mic to CM & CM said go home safely.
• Since we never did the full fanchant bc filmed in pieces, Cassies had to do a 19th take by played Somthing & did the fanchant
• Honestly the MBC staff was very impressed w us. We have full perf & pretended the boys were there. Screaming in right places     

How to Attend Music Shows for DBSK

Okay, so I received a lot of questions from people asking how to get into music shows.
It differs from group to group, so keep in mind that I am specifically talking about lining up for DBSK at music shows (and to some extent SM).
Also, it might seem a little complicated in this explanation, but once you do it, you understand it better and it's easy. 

MNet is on Thursday, Music Bank is on Friday, Music Core is on Saturday, and Inkigayo is on Sunday. 

***How do you put your name on the list for music shows***
You usually have to sign up before the show day. Every group has a fan staff and they have their own way of signing up people for the prerecording and/or live show.
For DBSK, this involves having a paper sign taped somewhere at the studio. If you go to studio & walk around, you'll find it. The staff put it in a place where it is easily visible. Like this one:

This paper has all the instructions on it. It says (name + face photo).  
You then have to take a picture of your face with the sign and send the picture + your name in a text message to the number listed.
This is an example of a pic I took to send in my text. It has my face + the paper notice at the studio.
Add your name and a pic like this in the text.

You should then get a confirmation text within the hour (sometimes it takes longer) about what number you are on the list. You may be #50, #150, #350. It's hard to tell how many ppl have signed up until you're given your number. For the Catch Me promotions, the confirmation text only had your number, but this time for Something promotions, the fan staff have been REALLY nice to include the check in time as well.
Even if they didn't, it's also written on the paper. For example, this check in was on January 1st at 6pm.

It is possible to show up the day of the music show and put your name on the list then, but if you are uncarded, you want to put your name on the list ASAP so that you can improve your chances of getting in.

At check in, you will line up according to your numbers. Be on time. If you are not there and they call your name, they will cross your name off the list.

You can copy and paste the notices into google translate if you can't read Korean. This says that SM staff check in is at 8 am on Sat morning at the Ilsan MBC Dream Center. Usually fan staff check in is 1 hour before SM check in, so 1st check in would be at 7am. But the confirmation text and paper sign up will have the 1st check in info.

One great thing about SM is that all information is posted on the official website which makes it easier for foreigners to find the information.
Other companies/groups post music show information through the official fancafe on Daum which can be extremely confusing if you don't know Korean.
For DBSK, it's tvxq.smtown.com, for Shinee is shinee.smtown.com, for Super Junior its superjunior.smtown.com. You get the idea.
Look for the News & Notices section.

WHEN YOU GO FOR CHECK IN, CHECK THE NOTICE FOR WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING. Normally, this means a cd and/or proof of online music purchase. This has changed quite a few times over the years, so you need check to make sure you bring the right things with you.

 ***Do I have to be carded to attend music shows?***
No, but it is easier. SM (and pretty much everyone) operates on a "tier system."
This information is also in the notices.

This is what the SM Support staff does. They divide everyone into the tiers and THIS IS YOUR OFFICIAL number. For example, you might be T4-5 which means you're #5 in Tier 4.
So, as you can see, all of the official Cassiopeia members who come will be in front of you in line EVEN THOUGH you may have signed up earlier & had a better original list number. They make up the first 3 tiers, so the highest tier you can be in is Tier 4 if you are not in the fanclub.
This is why if you are uncarded, you want to put your name on the list ASAP so that you can be the first in Tier 4. This will improve your chances of getting in.

HOWEVER, this doesn't mean that all hope is lost. LOTS of ppl who don't have fanclub cards still get into music shows. DBSK is a big group name & they get prerecordings, most of the time by themselves. Which means that the staff can fill the entire studio with just Cassies (both official & unofficial). MBC Dream Center is the biggest studio out of the 4 & they can fit over 500 fans in there. 300+ is the average number of fans that show up for DBSK week to week. They really do try to fit everyone in. Sometimes, there's a restricted number (for example maybe only 600 ppl are getting in or maybe 350 ppl) but this is put on the notice.
Inkigayo is the hardest to get into because the studio is small and they can't fit as many ppl. SM staff really work hard to get as many fans into the music shows, but ultimately its the decision of the studio staff how many fans get to go in.
There have been times when I haven't gotten into music shows and sometimes that happens. But you have a really good chance to get in with DBSK. ^^

Unpacking Tense Albums

Today I went out and bought the red and black version of TVXQ's Tense album.
A couple of people asked me if there were any differences between the two, so I decided to make a blogpost about it.

The packaging of the album is really nice. The album is a box. When you open the top, the first thing you'll see is the photobook. Underneath will be a few advertisement papers, 1 photo card, and the cd.

 There are some differences in the pictures used in each photobook. There are some pictures that are in both, but in a different order so its not completely different from each other. There are an equal number of Yunho, Changmin, and group photos in each photobook.  

So, there are no MAJOR differences between the two versions.

Ten PreRec
This PreRec was early Sunday morning at the regular SBS Studio in Gayang.
First check in was at 4:30 am T_T

• Stage is really cool. A lit up 10 on stage. Lots of hanging lits with a big lit up star behind the 10
• Spoiler alert: The screen counting down from 10-1 has a promotional pic coll of YH & CM from debut to now
• Yunho wearing a white shirt, silver sparkly suspenders, and a stupid big white bow. Haha
• Cm wearing a white shirt with gray vest & silver suspenders
• Omg... even their shoes are sparkly silver
• The boys still seem tired from yesterday. Well YH does. CM was joking with dancers & laughing after the 1st take.
• Oh boys are back! Awww~ YH looks a little more awake & happier.
• Woah~~~ 2 dancers just had a tap dance battle. We went "ohhhh~" & then YH said well done
• CM immediately up after 2nd take. Both stretched their legs. The PD asked for 1 more take.
• Dancer giving HoMin a pointer on when they should snap their fingers coming down the stairs. CM explained the plan to YH
• Aww~ one of the dancers started tsp dancing again. Then YH started dancing inside the hallway if the 10 on stage. Sooo cute
• God the snapping down the hall was so sexy. That was such a goid call.
• PD asked for another take.
• CMs voice is hoarse. He sang well until the end where he lost some of his tone
• CM in the 1, YH in the 0
• Damn. YH OWNS the sexy saunter down the hall
• When CM sings the Mideoyo part, he puts his hands around the mic as uf praying
• CM lipsang along with YHs "woah~oh~oh"
• YH waved to us after the 2nd take and asked if we enjoyed their performance. Ofc we said we liked it
• YH definitely is feeling the performance more. His face is less serious and more expressive than the 1st take
• There's been a change that the PD discussed w YH & dancers. Dancer told CM. He asked why & the dancer just gently pushed him toward the 1 ㅎㅎ
• I guess its just YH & CM for this take wo the red sheet & dancers.
• YH tried to clasp hands w 1 of the dancers as he walked but missed. Tried until he held the dancers hand & shook it
• 4th take is close ups wo dancers.
• Music cut out after the count down. CM stopped at the top of the stairs & had the most disbeliving look on his face
• When YH did the 1 in the countdown, he put it across his lips. We screamed
• Starting 6th take~~ 3rd close up take
• CM so cute. He said "I just want to thank you for the last te--" then the nusic cut out. Haha~ he had the cutest smile
• On CMs close up the camera was blocking his way down the stairs. So he had to slide around & rush to his mark. He & aud laughed
• YH did a cool dance move during the break & we all ooohed. YH then looked up w wide eyes & pointed at us like who saw that
• PD gave the okay so the prerec finished. YH honestly looked so genuinely happy to be done
• YH waved at us & thanked us for coming
• CM then pretty much said the same thing he said last night. That he was thankful for our love & support
• I guess the PD wanted the boys to hurry bc CM hadnt finished talking when the PD took CM & lifted him sideways over his shoulder
• Then another SBS staff guy went to YH, grabbed him around the waist & lifted him. Both were taken backstage laughing
• Backstage, CM was laughing so hard ^.^ The PD & the boys are so cute with each other
• They sang Ten live
• Inkigayo Ten prerec lasted 80 mins. There were about 9 takes. First 5 takes were full perf run thrus, last 4 were short close up takes

Something PreRec

Prerec was Saturday night after Music Core. It was at the other SBS studio near Digital Media City.

• Boys finally arrived at Inkigayo. We are lined up outside but the building is made out of glass so we had a good view of our boys walking in
• We screamed and started waving. CM looked up first and waved back and smiled.
• YH was talking on the phone so didnt notice us at first. But then looked over, smiled and waved.
• I was worried that the boys would be exhausted after the gruelung prerec today. But they looked happy and in good spirits. ^___^
• On our way into studio foe Inkigayo prerec! ^^
• Wow~ the inkigayo stage is elaborate & awesome. Looks like a club on the Las Vegas strip
• I love the inkigayo pd. He always interacts the best with the fans. ^^
• Have the best seat. Its off to the side but its just past standing section & mounted cameras so I hv a clear view
• SBS prerec for Something took 9 takes and 3 hours
• YH wore a black tuxedo jacket, black bowtie & white/black checkered pants. CM wore a grey/black pattern suit w a black bowtie
• YH started by askung if we were okay. He thanked us for our continued support from the SMTown Week concert to the music shows
• YH said that gor this stage they were going to focus more on dancing. YH beat around the bush then CM butt in and said LIP. SYNC
• YH passed the mic to CM who talked about EXO & Yoo Young Jin who came to see their prerec
• The PD amnounced a rehearsal first & YH said that it was only a rehearsal so they wont go full out
• The rehearsal was cut early by the PD and YH apologized to us but said that it means we hv more time together
• YH asked us who went to the concert & everyone ofc raised their hand. He then said Oh~ all if you? Did u hv fun? YES~~~
• He then talked about this being the first time they tried a big band concept and talked a bit about that
• Then YH walked down the steps to go backstage but stumbled a little over his feet.
• When the boys came back, YH gave an ok sign to us & we awwed
• While on standby for the 1st take, CM picked something off the back of a dancer's pant leg
• Then CM realized we were screaming at him & pointed to himself. Laughed at us for screaming at him. Such a genuinely happy smile
• Then YH talked more about TVXQ and SMTown Week concerts. He rocked side to side very cutely while talking
• We then asked him to do Santa Rev. We kept saying show us & he said DONT WANT TO very cutely.
• We continued to ask him to show us but he just tilted his head up & kept shaking it no. Why so cute??
• YH started to say smthing else when the PD said it was time to start & YH said "Ah... yes" CM was so happy.
• CM came off the steps pumping his fists & saying "Yes!" several times. Thumbs up for the PD in Shim Changmin's book
•  Standby for 2nd take, the boys were in position kneeling behind the dancers. CM then said Sorry I hv to stretch my legs. Said Im sorry.
• Then CM stood up to put some feeling back in his legs. YH moved out to the side to stretch as well
• For the 2nd take, CM had such a cute smile after his "Watch out" part 
• The 2nd take was so perfect! The boys put so much sharpness in their movements & expressions. They were fierce & adorable
• CM had so much attitude & fire when he sauntered up the middle & also in his solo dance.
• Standby for take 3, CM was sitting on the stage pulling confetti off his shoes. Then PD came & did it for him. CM laughed so hard

• At the end of Take 4, YH noticed that the crotch in his pants split. Fans also pointed it out to him. He went backstage to get them fixed
• CM stayed on the stage with the dancers for a bit before following YH backstage
• Dancers went to monitor the perf
• It took a while for YH to get his pants fixed. Most Cassies dozed off. Nice Cassie next to me gave me a candy for a sugar boost
• Then the boys were back for take 5. Yh led a "DBSK Fighting!" chant with the dancers. PD then said standby & dont rip your pants~
• Take 5 was great. During CMs solo, YH watched him, nodding w a "Woah~ you go CM!" expression. Maybe thats a part of YHs perf, but its the first time I noticed it. ^^
• Boys went backstage again.
• CM came back to stage for 6th take, 1 of the dancers galloped past w arms raised. CM looked up & smiled like "Oh no you didnt~"
• When they were on standby for 6th take, CM was talking & laughing w the dancers
• When the PD said standby for the 6th take, the front dancer jumped into placed. We screamed. He then did it 2~3 more times
• Take 6 was for close up shots. CM got right up into the lens during his first part. Hope they use this shot for YHs hop dance
• YH had such a sexy arrogant look on his face when he passed his mic off to the girl dancer at the end
• For take 6, the dancers really went all out. They poured out so much energy and sharpness in this take
• Everyone was exhausted after take 6. Two of the dancers immediately stretched out to rest on the stage.
• At the beginning if take 7, it looked like YH asked the PD how many more takes. He said 2 more takes
• When YH told the dancers there would be 2 more takes, they didnt look happy. I think everyone was hoping for only one more
• When boys came back for take 8, they lifted the lights so they could see us. YH double hand waved to us for several long moments
• Take 8 was filming a special intro scene with just YH. The camera operator was explaining the shot sequence to him
• The camera operator even let YH use the camera for a minute.
• CM looked extremely happy to not be filming the extra scene. They left YH all alone on the stage to shoot the special scene. Aww~
• Take 9 was for shots taken by a handheld camera operated by a camera man who moved around the stage with them 
• The boys looked so relieved & clapped when the PD said the shoot was over.
• YH asked us to thank all the SBS staff. We gave them a big round of applause. YH said thanks to the fans for all their support today
• CM thanked us for waiting and being with them today. He was thankful to us. Also said to give the album lots of love/support  
• CM ended it with their typical broadcast ending "This has been DBSK. Thank you!" Then did We are... T!!!
•  Boys gave shoulder pats and manly hand clasps to the PD when they passed him
• BIG WAVES FROM THE BOYS. CM stood by the door, stretched one arm up & widely waved back and forth. YH waved to all the sections
• I was so relieved to see their happy expressions when they left the studio. Bet theyre glad that this stressful day is over ^^

• Wow~ boys finally done. That was a really long prerec. A little short of two hours
• At the beg, YH talked with us. Asked if we were okay. We said yes. Then CM snarkily said something about it being too early
• Yunho said that the album is coming out soon and asked us to wait a little longer for its release
• Boys went backstage. Mics still on. CM laughed and we screamed. Then he laughed and made cute noises to make us scream again.
• Then YH warmed up & sang "She got the something~" We screamed again. Back on stage CM imitated us "Ahhhh~~~ Yunho Oppa!"
• YH was so relaxed when he talked w us. He asked us to thank the "cool MBC staff" & dancers for their hard work in today's perf
• The MuCore perf was intended to mirror the MV. The first take was the boys leaning against each other doing the whispering intro
• Changmin sounded like an old man, groaning when he bent down to get under the ropes and when he reached down to pick up the mic
• 4 takes of the intro. After 3rd take, YH had a shocked look on his face after the PD asked for 1 more. He thot that they had it.
• Most of the recording was in parts. Normally they would run through the whole perf several times but the boys rec their perf in pieces
• The next part was the strings choreo. CM practiced the hand movements with the ropes while things were being set up
• We all screamed DBSK fighting! And YH asked us if we were hving fun
• The PD was very exact in what he wanted. If the boys made a mistake or he wanted something different he immed stopped the take
• Filmed CMs part & cut after 2 secs. The PD correct CM. The next take cut early too & CM pointed to himself asking if it was him
• I couldnt hear what the PD said to CM but he did an extremely cute inhaled laugh
• Then YH practiced the rope syring choreo. CM made a big show of arranging his body in the shot for the PD. We all laughed. Cutie
• 5 takes with rope string intro into the dance.
• Then they filmed the dance part wo ropes. 4 takes. They had several long discussions w PD.
• CM impresses me every time with his dancing. What he lacks in skills, he makes up for with dedication & attitude
• To me, it seemed like the boys were frustrated with all the starting & stopping takes. I dont blame them.
• Maybe it was just tiredness, but they got this look on their face everytime a take was stopped
• Next was the rope boxing ring scene. CMs close up. Instead of walking to side, they had him walk to the camera & cover the lens w his hand
• Then YHs close up + solo dances. 4 takes.
• Then did the last part of the song + rope ending.
• On the first take, YH lost his balance and fell forward over the ropes. Caught himself on his hands.
• Boys went off stage to be fanned. They looked exhausted. When they came back we all yelled fighting!
• 2nd take was good. But boys slid a little when they leaned frwrd on the ropes. Staff sprayed smthng on their shoes to stop them from sliding
• Boys took a small break after 4 takes. Then started from beginning with string ropes. The boys monitored perf then YH asked for 5 min break
• When the boys came back, CM sat crosslegged on the stage while YH talked to the PD. We yelled fighting!
• They finally did an entire run through of the song. CM looked like he slid a little during his solo.
• Then YH had the dancers do their cheer "DBSK FIGHTING!" We joined in screaming FIGHTING!
• Then YH trolled us by making sounds into his mic like "oooh" and "uuuuhh"
• Did another rope boxing ring take. But the ropes didnt come out right. YH called cut on that take then apologized to staff & us
• Boys on thrones. YHs is red. CMs is white.
• Now boys doing Ten rehearsal. Wearing pants with matching waist coat and white button down
• Ten is such a sexy dance. HELLO BODY ROLL
• Finally done. Heading out
• For the last take of Something, CM flicked his mic cord to straighten it but it didnt work. He sighed heavily.
• When the PD called okay for Something, Changmin did a double hand wave to the audience.
• For Ten, the screen background said "I just wanna say thank you" then the next screen said "for the last 10 years"
• They did a rehearsal run through then 3 takes with just the dancers. Yunho told them to do a good job. In a friendly way ^^
• During the takes without the members, they only did the intro thru the countdown. Still CM sang the "ooooh" from backstage
• Then 2 takes w the boys then another take with just the dancers.
• When YH went backstage for the dancer take, he said "(Our) dancers are awesome, right?" Then said "Best of Best" in English.
• 2 more takes w the boys. Then they went backstage. CM singing on his throne b4 the 2nd take & YH sang while walking to bckstge
• Before the last Ten take, one of the dancers said something to CM & he responded w the CUTEST smile
• hen the PD called ok for the Ten prerec, CM pumped his fist as if to say "Yes! Finally!"
• The boys gathered on the left side of the stage. CM was already double hand waving ready to go backstage.
• YH held the mic with 1 hand & waved w the other. When YH started talking to us, CM stopped walking bckstge & stood next to him
• YH then asked us if we knew that this song was for us, Cassiopeia. We told him that we knew ^^

Junsu's 2nd Ballad & Orchestra Concert Day 2 [2013.12.31]

Highlights of the Concert
-Junsu's voice is always amazing. Even if he covers a song that I don't know, he makes me FEEL that song. He's brilliant at conveying emotion through his voice.
-I appreciate that he sang "Mirror" which is Rudolph's song from Elisabeth. That's my favorite song and makes me cry everytime. He conveyed the emotion well, but without the emotional buildup of the entire musical to that song, it was really out of place. It was hard for me to connect with his performance bc he did it right after Last Dance. Because of this and even though I know the background of that song, his performance just seemed overly dramatic.
-I love that he not only sang Mozart, but different Mozart songs from the previous Ballad & Orchestra concert. I know that he's talked about how much he loves Mozart, but when he sings those songs, you can feel how much of a personal regard he has for that musical. 
-11 am is always perfect. No one breathes when he sings that song
-I liked the acoustic Incredible performance. I thought the arrangement was excellent and just a good idea. Perfect.

This was the New Year concert for Junsu's Ballad & Orchestra Con. It started at 10pm. I guess I'm not used to going to concerts so late. But anyway, I was late. I got there 10 minutes before the start of the concert. There were a bunch of other girls who were late with me on the train, so I didn't feel alone. Haha~ We all ran from the subway station to the venue.
The staff were yelling at us to go inside, but concerts usually start late anyway and I wanted to take pics of the venue and all the banners.
Junsu Papa was also outside taking pics of the banners with his cellphone.
