The TVXQ fanmeet was held at Korea University's Tiger Dome auditorium. If you ever have to go there, you should take a taxi because it is up a very steep hill.
I met my friend Mai at Anam Station around 9:30 am but by the time we found the venue it was closer to 10:30 (because we got lost and it wasn't where we thought it was).
We finally arrived at the venue and saw the huge banner for fanmeet.
Anyway, there were about 75~100 fans already there and formed lines near the booths, which weren't going to open until 1pm. Around 12:20 pm, there were about 250~300 fans when the line was suddenly moved to the stairs. So there was a mad dash to get into line bc we all essentially lost the spots we had that morning. We then had to wait in line until the booths opened. This was the most miserable part of the day bc the sun was just beating down on us. The line for tickets was also getting longer and longer.
While we waited in line, the staff were busy putting up banners for the event on the lamp posts.
Ticket booths opened around 1:05 pm. They let groups of 5 go to each table. You were assigned a section by SM. Then you went to that section's table and they had tickets in white envelopes. You had to randomly pick an envelope and that was your ticket. They then put a wristband on us and gave us the Bingo game slips.

By the time Mai and I got our tickets, it was around 1:30 pm. There didn't seem to be any point in staying at the venue until 6pm (the fanmeet started at 7pm). So, we headed down the hill to get some lunch. We found a really cool burrito restaurant then headed to Mai's apt to recharge our phones and take a quick nap.
Then at 5:30 pm, we hopped into a taxi and headed back to the venue.
The sunset was absolutely gorgeous above the venue.
We lined up. As we entered the doors, everyone was given a packet and balloon.

Inside the venue, there was a photo wall.
Sat down-- played all of HoMin's Korean

Thought it would start when they played
through all the mvs, but didn't start until around 7:30.

The lights dimmed and the boys came out
singing She!
The MC Kim Shin Young came out and made
some opening comments.
Staff brought out chairs and HoMin
returned and sat down.
The said that they sang She for
Cassieopeia and mentioned that we haven't met each other in a while
MC talked about their voices/harmony
and YH talked about how he has a high voice, but Changmin has an even
higher voice.
They brought out the SM supporters. SM
supporters line up the fans, give numbers, and essentially help Staff
eunnie keep all the fans under control at music shows, fan signs, and other events.
They all introduced themselves (I was
surprised that there were 2 Busan staff as well).
HoMin talked about how grateful they
are for all their hard work and how theyre the link between DBSK and
the fans at events & music shows. Changmin also talked about how
thankful they are for their hard work & also gave them advice on
how not to be pushed around by fans. Be stern Changmin style!
Gave them a present in a blue box. We
all clapped as they left the stage.
MC QUESTIONS
The boys sat down again and was asked
“What does TVXQ mean to TVXQ”
Changmin said “mine”
Yunho said “A place I belong” or “A
place I will always come back to”
Cassies all said “Oh~” after his
answer then CM looked at YH & said “If you answer like that,
how does that make me look”
Describe your airport fashion
The boys went to describe what they
think about their fashion, but the MC told them that they got it
wrong. The fans put “backpack strap” for YH & "jean shorts" for
CM.
Yunho laughed his signature laugh and
talked about how his strap always gets twisted and CM won't help him.
Then he shows us his airport pose. He talked about how his hair is a
certain way while he looks back. We all die.
CM then talks about how he's not a
fashionista and should continue to wear shorts even though ppl
(around him? Fans?) complain about them
What does Cassies mean to you?
Yunho said treasure.
Yunho: As I grow older and become a
senior, every time I see Cassiopeia, it makes me feel like I've
returned to my young moments (C: 小傻瓜)
Changmin said his heart bc who else
would tease him about his jean shorts. Awww~
SPEED QUIZ
Next 2 managers and 2 back up dancers
came on the stage & introduced themselves
The first manager was really shy and
just said “Annyonghaseyo” but we all “Ehhh~” ed at him and
the MC made him do a proper intro in which is said “Hello Im a
manager”.
Anyway, HoMin were on the Dong Bang
team and had to pick one more member and they picked one of the
managers. The 2 dancers and other manager made up the Shin Ki team.
But there was a lot of confusion about
the division of teams & how the game itself is played. Poor MC.
Yunho was the most clueless out of everyone and doesn't understand
the directions at all. CM was cute throwing out random English “OK”
and “Let's go!”
Each category has a set of words
written on cards and each team has to get the other team members to
guess the words. The categories were dramas, fans, fashion, &
member?. They have 1 minute to name as many words as they can.
Whoever guesses the most words wins.
Dong Bang team won Rock, Scissor, Paper
(and bc Yunho was still confused) they wanted the Shin Ki team to go
first. They chose fashion. They had a slow start but towards the end
they just ended up pointing at different articles of clothing.
Covering eyes for sunglasses, pointing to head for hat, etc.
Dong Bang team then chose fans (after
we chanted for it). Changmin passed on 카아
question!
YH made excuses for not answering all
the questions saying that the words weren't as easy to guess as the
fashion category. So they each chose a new category. Shin Ki team
chose drama.
They didn't do particularly well this
round. I don't remember the name of the remaining category. I thin k
they called it “member” but it seems the words had a lot to do
with their Japanese activities. Like some of the words were “Nissan”
& “Sadako” from the Ring movie which is connected to their
Scream MV. YH did particularly bad during this round.
At the end of this round, the teams
were tied. The winner would be decided in a Sudden Death Rock, Paper,
Scissors match. YH got the cutest look on his face and turned around
and made a paper motion with his hand. The dancer did paper while YH
did scissors. DONG BANG TEAM WINS. MC handed the beef to YH then the
manager motioned for YH to give it to him, like a manager does. YH
smiled, nodded his head, and said “Ah yes.” I should give this to
you.
The prize was some beef, which I'm sure
made CM very happy. And you know they're going to share it with
everyone anyway. Haha~

1. When is Changmin cute to YH?
Yunho talked about how CM likes to play
a game on his phone and how he gets so depressed when he loses the
game. But when he does well, he's so happy and innocent.
2. Mistakes on stage?
Yunho said that he makes the most
mistakes. Then he talked about the time when he sang Hug off key.

DESIGN A SHIRT
New table was brought out with a bunch
of colored markers and two white long-sleeved shirts. They were then
asked to draw a design on the shirts and they will be given to 2
lucky fans.
As they drew, some fans yelled for them
to sign the shirt. The MC was for this idea and asked them to also
sign the shirts.
Yunho drew a robot surrounded by stars and many letter Ts. Then he
wrote We~ are~
Changmin drew a partially eaten apple
and a worm/caterpillar. Then at the bottom he wrote IN ENGLISH “I
wanna eat. I'm still hungry.” When they presented their shirts,
Changmin's English pronunciation was fantastic!

When we picked up our tickets, we got a
pink bingo card. We had to pick 25 numbers, 1-226 and fill out the
card. We gave the top copy to the staff & kept the carbon copy.
The boys filled out a bingo card and
picked numbers. The first number was 2 & I'm sure everyone had
that number on their bingo cards. Kkk~
TELL ME YOUR WISH
When the MC said the name, she sang it
a la Girl's Generation. Then asked CM to do the leg step from their
choreography to the song. Then YH did it.
Brought out a spinning wheel. The boys
would spin the wheel to land on a category then would pick a name out
of that category's basket.
YH spun the wheel first and it landed
on sing a song. So he pulled a name out of the song basket and she
wanted him to sing Hug.
So, YH started beatboxing the melody
softly and CM couldn't hold in his laughter. YH sang the first verse
then burst out laughing himself. Anyway, soon CM and he switched
parts until it ended in a wonderful harmony. YH stumbled over a lyric
and CM helped him get through it

Changmin then spun the wheel and picked
a name out of the basket. The girl was so shy she covered her face
with her hands and was trying not to cry. She had asked for a back
hug so both CM & YH hugged her from behind. She couldn't even
speak she was so happy and close to tears. Aww~~
MC then spun the wheel and it landed on
a song again. So she moved it to the dance wish. The boys then had to
dance with playing air guitar. YH was playing around with it and
danced for a minute. CM danced for 3 seconds but did a pelvic
thrust/hip swivel and we lost our minds!
